This has been an amazing year!  Our community has grown to over 100 members across five groups.  We’ve had some amazing speakers, processed significant issues and grown closer as teams of high performing leaders.  I am honored to have the opportunity to work with each of you and looking forward to all that is to come in the New Year!

Goals Check in:

By now many of you have received a copy of your 2018 Goal Worksheet from me.  Make time to reflect on how you did, what got in the way and how you can improve in 2019.

As you look back on 2018, take time to build your goals for next year.  These documents, along with a short video and my goals, can be found at www.tomcuthbert.com/goals.  Please send me your goal worksheet including 3-5 business, 3-5 personal and one "most important goal" for next year by December 31st, 2018.  I will review and return these to you in December of next year.  I look forward to working with you to achieve these goals and beyond!
