Angel Salinas is CEO of Sandler Texas. He brings 17 years as a Bilingual Facilitator and Coach at Sandler Training.
His Bachelor Degree in International Business and 28 years of Sales and Sales Management experience across several industries have aided in his success in delivering more than 15,000 hours of Sales Training and Sales Leadership Coaching, leading keynote sessions at local and international conferences as well as founding several trading companies.
Savannah Boyd, EA to Tom Cuthbert
Savannah Boyd plays a key role in supporting Tom Cuthbert’s work as a Vistage Chair, ensuring every meeting runs smoothly from setup to teardown. As the organizational backbone of the office, she stays ahead of tasks, keeps operations running efficiently, and makes sure Tom is focused on what he does best, planning, coaching, and facilitating. Savannah brings a uniquely versatile skill set and a proven ability to adapt and excel in dynamic environments. Her passion for customer service, entrepreneurship, and personal growth drives her daily work and her commitment to excellence. Outside of the office, Savannah enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two daughters.
Sophie DeJong, Chief Operating Operator
Sophie is the Chief Operating Officer of Sales City Group (Sandler) and Cuthbert Capital, Inc. (Vistage).
A 2022 graduate of Elon University with a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, she joined Venture For America, which brought her to San Antonio. In her role, Sophie strategically supports Sandler Texas and Tom's Vistage practice, driving growth and operational excellence. Passionate about entrepreneurship, she focuses on streamlining operations, fostering innovation, and empowering teams to achieve their goals.

She is the go-to contact for chair members who participate in the CSS program and is committed to leading them on a path to successful and meaningful time management so as to incorporate a strong and healthy work/life balance into their routine. As a recent empty-nester, she is channeling her energy and expertise into assuring every Chair feels equipped, empowered, and supported in their role.

Lori has a passion for cleaning up messes, organization and using technology to streamline processes so that people can spend their time on high value activities, like running and growing their businesses. Since founding Darchicourt Consulting in 2021, Lori and her team of consultants have served over 50 private clients. Her firm specializes in serving small businesses that use QuickBooks Online.
