Finding a mentor is a key part of the Emerging Leader and Advancing Leader programs. If you have someone from outside your company that you would like to be your mentor, enter the info with the “Nominate Your Mentor” button. If you would like us to help connect you to a mentor from our community, click the “Submit Ideal Mentor” and complete the short survey. We will be connecting with your mentor for training.

Expectations for being a mentor include:

Minimum of a 1 hour one to one every other month, in person
Available for check in calls periodically
Committed to the growth and development of your mentees
The commitment is for one year (or longer)
