This year more people will turn 65 than any year in history. Additionally, there will be twice as many workers 75 and older in 2030 than there were in 2020.  I am working hard to ensure I can have a healthy and happy life that includes work and play for as long as possible.  To that end, I thought I would share some information with my fellow sexagenarians.

If you are interested in unleashing longevity, read on!

The Wall Street Journal has had several articles this month about aging and longevity (links below).  The common thread is that we can take action now to fight off decline, retain mental acuity and live happier and healthier, longer.

I recently added Jessica Pierce, a Longevity Coach, into our community.  She has taught me a great deal in the last few months and is already working with several others from the Vistage community.  For information, articles and resources, visit her LinkedIn and website at www.longevityarchitects.com

I’ve also been working with the Institute for Functional Health and Dr. jacob Torres, here in San Antonio.

Another fantastic resource is the book Outlive by Dr. Peter Attia.  I finished this book a few weeks ago and loved it!  Lots of great practical ideas and resources.

I hope to be enjoying my ChairLife for years to come!  Like all goals, it will take work, planning and investment. I’m planning on sharing more resources with you in the near future.
